These terms are an agreement between you and [Company name], [registered address] ("we", "us"), the operator of TechGradify. By creating an account or using TechGradify you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Your account
- You must be at least [13/16] years old, and give accurate information when signing up.
- Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- One person per account.
Using TechGradify fairly
You agree not to:
- try to break, overload or get around the security of the service, including the code grader;
- submit code intended to attack, probe or misuse our systems or anyone else's;
- fake results, game the leaderboard, or create multiple accounts to do so;
- copy, scrape, resell or republish our problems, tests or solutions;
- choose a display name that's offensive, impersonates someone, or infringes others' rights.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and remove leaderboard entries we believe were gained unfairly.
Your code
Code you write is yours. You give us permission to store, run and analyse it to grade your work, show your progress and improve TechGradify.
Our content
Problems, tests, explanations, model solutions and the TechGradify brand belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own learning. Model solutions are shared to help you learn — please don't redistribute them.
Pro subscriptions
- Pro is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page and include [VAT where applicable].
- Free trial: new subscribers get a 7-day trial. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage billing; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Refunds: [state your refund policy. UK/EU consumers have a 14-day right to cancel digital services; if Pro starts immediately, set out how this applies.]
- We may change prices with at least [30] days' notice, taking effect at your next renewal.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep TechGradify running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change or remove features and content.
Disclaimers
TechGradify is an educational tool. We don't guarantee any particular outcome, such as passing an interview or getting a job. Code examples are provided for learning and may not be suitable for production use.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Ending
You can stop using TechGradify and delete your account at any time. We may end these terms if you seriously or repeatedly break them.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [England and Wales], and disputes go to the courts there — though if you're a consumer you keep the protection of your local laws.
